Tagged! I'll get to yours too, Natalie :)

I enjoy reading these as I idle away time looking at blogs of people I barely know...so I thought it time I contribute...

TEN YEARS AGO.......
Well let’s see I would have been a Jr. at MHS and loving it (maybe too much for those who knew me then.) I was a little over zealous, being very involved in student government and other things. I was also busy being the go-to-girl for all the cute guys who really wanted to ask someone else to the dances, but either didn’t have the guts or had been told by their parents that they needed to switch it up a little (LOVED that!?!?) Oh ya , I was also praying to pass College Algebra 1050 and annoying my friend, Sundie, who sat in front of me in the class. She was always great at math and I was horrible at it. However, as a business major, I redeemed myself a little bit in college. Needless to say, I did re-take the class as a freshman at USU (and aced it—ok maybe B plussed it—a big accomplishment for me anyway)

FIVE PLACES I HAVE LIVED....
-Murray, UT
-Logan, UT
-West Jordan, UT
-Taylorsville, UT
-Heber, UT
I love being a Utahrd!

FIVE THINGS ON MY LIST TO DO.....
1. Pay Bills
2. Clean my house (always on my list)
3. Go to the gym (always on my list)
4. Start planning sharing time for Sunday
5. Update my real estate website

I ENJOY....
Reading, SLEEPING, exercising, SHOPPING, eating, learning new things, meeting new people, being with Lydia and Gary and doing nothing, hanging out with my mom (which doesn’t happen a lot), Being with my siblings and their kids, remodeling (or watching Gary remodel) houses and selling them!

THREE BAD HABITS....
1. Procrastinating!
2. Being a SLOB!
3. Not allowing myself enough to time to get ready to be somewhere (see #1)

FIVE THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ME......
1. I’m a penny pincher.
2. I'm really good at sizing people up...ask Gary he hates to go out to dinner with me for this reason!
3. I am horribly tone deaf. This makes for some seriously good laughs from Gary though. He thinks it is so funny. He says he's only met one girl in his whole life who sings worse than me. I always say I'm not a real Morman because I don't own a piano and can't sing a note!
4. I’m always a little bit in denial when it comes to my appearance. Example: My ironing board is constantly up because I want to be a person who ALWAYS irons her clothes and her family’s clothes. The trouble is, I really don’t iron that often and my clothes never look that great! Another example: I always think I’m going to be losing 10 lbs and I never do. Another Example: I keep thinking I’m going to learn to accessorize and I’m now 27 and don’t own a pair of earrings! I could keep going, but I’ll stop!
5. I'm a nutrition buff. I read lots of health and fitness literature. If only I could practice what I preach!

FIVE JOBS I HAVE HAD....
1. Working for my dad at his catering company in Wanship, UT (7 years)
2. Bussing /Waiting tables at Lone Star Steak House (Six years on and off). I loved this job!
3. Zion’s Bank: Teller, New Accounts Rep., Marketing Intern (3 years)
4. KJZZ Marketing assistant (6 mo.) Didn’t love this job!
5. Realtor: Model home agent and now existing homes agent. (5 years) Love this job!

I’ve had a lot of other jobs too. I always had at least two at a time even in the beginning of job #5. I always found it easier to work than to try and be social and do social things. I have made lots of friends through work and I even met my husband at work!

WHAT WILL BE GOING ON IN TEN YEARS....
This is kind of fun to think about—and scary! I’ll be 37 (not too bad). Lydi bugs will be in 3rd or 4th grade. I’ll probably have two other kids if all goes as planned. I will probably be living in a different house—Gary has big plans for a bigger yard! I hope I’m skinnier than I am now—chances aren’t great! I will probably be working part time outside my home—hopefully not more than part time! If my goals have been met, I’ll have a master’s degree, i will speak some Spanish and my kids will too, I will have taken a few nice vacations, and if I’m nice to Gary, I’ll still be married. I hope and pray that I have good health and that my family does too!

I tag Di, Becca and Abbie!
